The Coach and Horses is a charming bed and breakfast located just a short distance from the beautiful beaches of Peppercombe and Gauter. the warm welcome I received upon arrival made me feel right at home, and the friendly atmosphere of the pub with its lively local regulars added to the authentic experience of North Devon life. The room I stayed in was cozy and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom complete with a refreshing shower. the small but functional amenities like the TV with an Amazon stick, tea/coffee provisions, and a mini fridge stocked with water and juice made my stay convenient and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my visit was the breathtaking view from the back of the house, overlooking an open field and the sea beyond. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby beaches and coastal paths. Overall, the Coach and Horses provided excellent value for money in a region where affordable accommodation can be hard to come by. Tina, the owner, was a fantastic host, and the cold cider at the bar was a refreshing treat after a day in the sun. I highly recommend this charming guesthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in North Devon.
